Need a GENIUS on Palm applications

Here goes -

I have a bunch of NOTES in the Notes folder on my (no longer used) Entourage X.

I have started using the Apple apps (Mail, iCal, etc) and would like to have my old NOTES from Entourage transferred to my Palm Zire 31.

How do I:

Move the notes from Entourage to a simialr app in the Mail/iCal suite?
Sync these items to my Palm?
