Need a good Video Editing Software can you advise me

I just purchased a new MacBook Pro M1 Max and am in need of getting some video editing software specifically for fixing blemishes on moving targets. Acne / Scares / birth marks etc.

As a new editor I will need to learn obviously so I am hoping someone can steer me to the right program that will allow me to do this as easy as possible. Most videos would be <5 mins long

Price isn't a huge concern just ease of use and ability to do the job.

If you are just beginning, iMovie is great. After awhile if its not, then get FinalCutPro. Both are optimized for M1

Does iMovie specifically allow and offer blemish removal tools??

I’ve seen this mentioned but the free tier doesn’t allow the blemish fixes right?
