Need a mousepad that WORKS with Magic Mouse

Love my Magic Mouse.

What I don't love is that it isn't
mousepad friendly.

Well, at least with the most popular
mousepads that are felt and rubber.
The Magic Mouse just hangs as you
swipe the mouse across the pad.

Even hangs on the rubber Apple
mousepad I bought at their corporate
store in Cupertino.

When I use it on my wooden desktop
it works beautifully. But weeks later
my desktop has all sorts of nicks all
over it from the constant back and
forth motion.

Anyone can recommend the perfect
mousepad? Perhaps an acrylic pad
would work best? Please provide links
with anything you recommend.

The back side of a notebook. Take it off the binder and you are set. No need for costly solutions.

I use a 3M Mousepad that works great, and is cheap enough. I have it for a glass desktop and love the reusable adhesive backing.

$1.99 black generic pad from Target. I don't have any of the above issues.

Magic Mouse Pad

Just use felt cabinet pads. Your mouse will glide smoothly without any noise. Here is an example but you can pick them up at WalMart. Just make sure you stick only 4 ( 2 on each side) on the black strips starting at the apple logo and down.
Hope this work for you it worked for me. That gliding noise was making me crazy.
