need a pci tv tuner

I want a tv tuner... it must have tv (obviously) be cable ready and have RCA inputs. I would rather have a PCI card than an external usb or fw. I have a g5 dual 2.0 so the card might have to be relatively new. what do you guys like/ dislike/ use?
