Need a plain old ring tone

I apologize for posting this as I know it already lives somewhere within this forum. I just can't find it. Someone has a post with a attached file that is a basic old regular cell phone ring tone. I am not looking to search, download, convert files, and so forth to get what I need as I am not that advanced. Lazy.......a little, i quess but someone has to already have this that can be posted and a quick download anf poof I know have a professional, loud traditional ring tone.
