Need a program that can format an external drive to NTFS

Also I need to be able to write to this external drive from my mac. I just bought a WD My Book 2 TB external and I need to format it to NTFS, and I also need to transfer stuff from my mac to it.

I was looking at this site:

and I know this software lets you read/write and format? Is there any better software ?

Don't pay for that! Get MacFUSE for free. Read/write to and from NTFS from OS X. That's how I managed things in my Boot Camp partition.
