Need a recommendation please for a screen protector...

Got extremely lucky on the 18th and bought a 5s in gold. I love it, but I haven't even opened it because I can't find any decent screen guards and I hate covers.

I usually buy the zagg,but what the heck did they do to this last cut? The top and bottom are open, it's unlike previous zags when they were closed.

And I want a screen protector for the back too. Any ideas?

I have to buy fast because I'm leaving for Europe on Friday

If you want a good full body protector, give Best Skins Ever a try.

In terms of screen protector, can't go wrong with Spigen, and I hear good things about Tech Armor
 
Well your time issues your choices are pretty limited to what you can find in the stores around you so without knowing those options I'll just tell you what to get for later.


I'd go glass all the way, several good choices from Spigen, Bodyguardz, iLoome, Mime.
I always purchase edge protection www.luckyskins.com spectra wrap.
Depends on my case but if it doesn't cover the back I like www.trunket.com for back protection.
 
First time using a screen protector on an iphone and I went with iloome and like it so far. The glass feels good and I actually like the weight it puts on the phone. Though not much weight, for some reason the phone feels less fragile.

Btw it's the thicker one, not the flex design.

You'll get faster results by looking through the existing threads. Screen protectors are an extremely common topic.

I have the Otterbox screen protector that came with the commuter on my 4, but they make them for 5/5s. They are sold individually(no case) and are extremely clear. After 6 months of using it, I am extremely happy

Not as cheap as tech armor or military shields. Otterbox does not have a back protector either.
Search on amazon.

I've heard some good reviews for the Spigen Ultra screen protectors - they're Steinhall I think, based off a Japanese base film which is supposed to be the best per some tech review websites. You have a few options whether you want clarity, oleographic (no fingerprints), privacy (polarized), or a mix of them all.

I personally just bought 2 of the Ultra Crystal protectors, we'll see how they turn out.

I always go w/out glass protection in all my iPhones, never had an issue w/ them.

Even though the screen protector goes on great , the cut out is horrible , it's to wide around the front camera and home button , a nightmare when your start getting grease and dirt building up around those area , when u take off the protector you will see what am talking about , I went with the spigen 3+1 from amazon , good so far and cut outs are perfect .

You can get a cheap one for the back ;)
 
Try getting a PointMobl screen from RadioShack. I love it, though I don't know if it works with the fingerprint scanner.
