Need a way to get video off of IP4

Running windows XP and I usually use the built in camera program to transfer pics off of my iphone. I need to clear the phone but it wont get the Vids. It keeps erroring on those file. I cannot email them either because the phone says it is too big. I can do a backup in itunes, but I want the videos in their own files so I can edit or burn etc.

Found an "ok" way to do it. use the windows explorer to open the iphone and manually copy all files to the HD in a folder of your naming. You will lose the ability to name the files the way you want and will have to delete manually. What a pain. Any other brilliant ideas without having to pay for iphoto or something?

I tried using Explorer and it chokes on really large 720P files. What gives??? Ugh.
