Need Advice building 4k mac pro (Feature Film)

This question has probably been asked a dozen times on the forum, however I was not able to locate a answer. I will be producing an independent film, shot on the blackmagic 4k camera. We will be shooting in 4k raw and need to find a affordable solution. Film will be edited in FCP X and color timing (grading) in Davinci Resolve Here are the specs we came up with so far. Let me know what I can leave out or add. Need a affordable solution do I need an additional graphics card? Which capture card works well Decklink 4k, ultra studio 4k..etc

Mac Pro 3.5ghz 6 Core or 8 core D500?
Dual AMD Fire Pro D700
16 GB of Ram
256GB PCIe-based flash storage
24tb thunderbolt 2 raid

The BMD 4K series (https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/cinemacameras/techspecs/W-CIN-05) are file based with the footage stored on an SSD. You seem to be approaching the project with capturing in mind.
