Hi everyone

Currently I want to help my friend to jailbreak her ipod touch 8gb which is running iOS 3.1.3 with redsnow 0.95 beta to enable multi-tasking and custom wallpaper.

Do I need to upgrade the iPod touch to iOS 4.0.2 before jailbreaking it or can I just jailbreak it without the need to upgrade the iPod touch?
