Need advice: my 2007 MBP 15" vs. new MBP 13"

Would the new MBP 13" far better in terms of performance vs. my late 2007 C2D MBP 15"? is it worth the exchange?

im interested to know this as well. im interested to see it it will play games as well at the 8600 GT in the previous models. i may get the 13 inch depending on its benchmarks.
