Need advice on a new screen?

I´ve just ordered a mac mini and now I need to find a good screen to go with it. I´m looking at anything from 20"-24" and preferably a s-ips panel.
It needs to have a good color accuracy.
After ordering the computer I don´have that much money left so good screens for those on a budget!!!

Advice please!

The new Dells are really nice. The following models might be of interest to you:

Dell SP2008WFP - 20" ($269.00)
Dell SP2208WFP - 22" ($319.00)

They both have built-in webcams (if that's important to you), and the 22" model also has an HDMI connection.
