Ok so my ear piece or whatever just stopped working. I had scheduled a genius bar appointment earlier and I was cleaning my iPhone the night before when part of the glass around the ear piece cracked. I know it is my fault that the glass is broken but I cannot go until February, which is the next time I'll be able to get a new phone, answering all my calls on speaker phone. Do you guys have any advice on a good approach to handling the Genius Bar?

If you have a apple plan all is well but since we are talking about apple they can just blame you for breaking because it looks broken. So just tell the exactly what happened and hope you have a very friendly apple worker.
