Hello All,

We use iPads to check in visitors to our office.

A new desk design incorporated a frame into the desk to hold the iPad (I know it is a bad idea but I have no control over it).

What do you guys think will be the longest lived “iPad size”? I am not talking about the screen itself, but rather the whole device. If it changes, I’ll need to modify the desk bracket to hold the iPad.

The iPad does not have to be a high performance device.. the cheapest and lowest base model would be sufficient for the computing task required.

Thanks ... I know this is an odd question and the build in bracket is a bad idea!

If the iPad doesn’t have to be best performing etc.. make it easy for yourself and get the 2018 regular one.
That one only comes in one size anyway, 9.7 inch.
