I have iphone 4 with 4.0 FW used utrasn0w to unlock after reboot the phone search for the sim and now I get the no service,need help how to fix the problem.Thanks in advance for any help.

Turn off 3G. What is your iPhone's baseband?

Make sure you have 3G off if you're on T-Mobile in the U.S.

Also, make sure you have the sim card cut to size and the chip isn't damaged.

Thanks is working now,after uninstall ultrasn0w and hard reboot reinstall ultrasn0w,turn off 3g is working fine,Thanks again.

No, with Tmobile USA you don't get 3G just edge.
Leaving 3G on causes problems with signal fluctuation.

I did the speed test with 3g on/off same speed in result.
