I’m thinking about ordering the Apple Watch Series 7 graphite 41mm. I have a Nike 40mm series 6. Apple will offer $210 for it. Should I bother with Facebook marketplace or eBay? I don’t usually do a lot of selling. Thanks for your advice. I might add that battery is at 96% and it is in very clean condition.

I typically go with apple. I realize that you can get more elsewhere but the hassle isn't worth it to me.
Yeah, these days no hassle means a lot. But I didn’t know if the difference might be worth it.

You will definitely have a better deal on marketplace/Craigslist (especially if the Watch is in mint condition and the battery is good), Apple is pretty cheap when it comes to trade in. But as mentioned above, you have to deal with the hassle to sell it. So it depends on your budget and the amount of energy you want to put in that

Same as second poster. And when trading in, you can receive the watch through mail order, or buy new watch at the store, bring it home and set it up, make sure you are happy with it, then send back or take the old watch in to the store. Don't know how much more you can get by selling it yourself, but I'm not even curious about finding out. Another thing is when you do trade-in, you get to keep the band and other accessories, while a private buyer may want those things.
