So obviously I really want an iphone.
Situation: I am currently in a family contract that expires in 1 year with Sprint. How can I get out of the contract without paying a termination fee and should I do it?

do what makes you happy. its not worth paying the etf. now if u get out for free then go right ahead.

the only way to get out of it is to move to an area where there is no sprint service. you also gotta show them proof of address with some kinda bill in your name. that's the only way..........maybe you'd get lucky and talk to a rep that won't give you a hard time about proof.

Hmmm... Maybe this is a service my parents in a rural area could provide. For a small fee a bill in your name!
