Need advice on sourcing Superdrive for mid-2007 iMac

I'd like to replace the non-working internal drive on my mid-2007 Aluminum 20" iMac - did some research and learned that the part is

12.7 mm PATA 8x Optiarc SuperDrive

Unfortunately OWC doesn't have them, neither does ifixit.com.

I could buy an external, but would prefer to replace the internal drive.

Anybody have any ideas on where to find one?

If anyone has a broken iMac that they'd be willing to "part out" please send me a PM.
