I am looking for a standalone MP3 player app that does NOT use the stock music app to manage the music. The app must have a way to upload and download mp3 files (such as by browser through WiFi) and must support foreign (non-English) language in filename and can display playlist also in foreign language (including meta data).
I searched through many online guides and can't seem to find one with these features. The typical recommendations, such as Cesium, do not work.
