Hi i'm from the uk and have a o2 3g iphone but i also have an old 2g iphone that is not used i was wondering if i can use it in the states with an at&t pay as you go sim card?

If so do i have to be a us resident and will i get any free data with it as getting email when not in a wifi zone cost me about £250 last time i was over!!

any advice welcome.

Thanks.
