Need advice with the camera, iphoneographers help!

Hey guys, so I got my iPhone 4S at launch, and I've seen all of these amazing pictures taken by the camera. My pictures aren't that good, and I am not a photographer. I was hoping that someone like a real photographer or at least someone with experience taking good pictures on the iPhone could help me out, I want to be able to take really good pictures on this phone! I need some lighting tips, subject tips, etc. Anything helps. Thanks a ton!

Steady hand, brace yourself if low light, touch the screen rather than use the volume button (less shake).

Thanks, so how do you set up your pictures? I don't have any decent ones to show. So the sun should be at your back correct?

That's a HUGE topic and not really related to the iPhone in particular. I recommend this book:

And no, I'm not calling you a "Dummy" - my sister has edited several of the Dummies photography books (though not this specific one) and they are all excellent.
