Need Advice

Thanks to the Apple Care Plan, I am now on my 4th refurbished iPhone 3G. Can anyone tell me if Apple will ever give me a new iPhone 3G instead of a refurbished one. It seems after having the refurbished phone for about 60 days it starts to go to crap. Is there someone I can talk to that can override the refurbished policy.

I'd start by discussing the issue via AppleCare phone support... Explain what you said above.
