Need all DYI dual HDD users

I am having issue with my second HDD (optical bay).

1) Image Capture would not export any photos to optical bay HDD.

2) Preview would not duplicate or export photos from optical bay HDD.

I tried verify/repair it with disk utility and nothing was found.

This happens only after updating to Maverick.
