Need an app to track activity on the iPad

I'm looking for an app that can show the activity details of the iPad like when the iPad is on, what app is using at what time,... Because I usually leave my iPad at home and I'm not sure if my cousin uses it without my permission or not. Or an app that can take a picture when a person accesses my iPad. I've been searching for this app but couldn't find it. Please let me know if anyone knows about this kind of app. Thanks a lot.

Couldn't you just password lock it to ensure that no one else can access it? I say this because I too don't know of such an app.

Well I allow my cousin to use it only when he needs for school stuff. I just don't want him to watch Netflix or Youtube all day so I don't set a password.
