Need an automatic screenshot taker

Hey, I'm looking for a program that will automatically take screenshots every so often (I would like to be able input the amount of time, for ex. 2 mins 40 sec) and save all of the images taken in a folder.

It would be nice if i could select the area that i want taken, but that is not necessary.

I searched the forums and google, but all i found were windows programs that did this.
