Need an Untethered Jailbreak for Iphone 3gs (newer model) 3.1.2

Hi , I got a new iphone 3gs from ebay few weeks back.

Specification

Version 3.1.2 (7D11)
Model MC135LL
Modem Firmware 5.11.07
Serial Number 84005x....

It was unlocked and jailbroken (tethered) by the seller .I run the the executable file redsnow (0.9.2) and Select the firmware ipsw iPhone2,1_3.1.2_7D11_Restore when ever my phone get switched off.When I open cydia a meesage appears in green (THis device has shshs on file for Iphone OS 3.1.3).How can jailbreak(untethered) and unlock my phone.

is it not already jailbroken and unlocked from the previous seller? i take it you want an unteatherd jb? if you restored to 3.1.3, i do not think you can unlock it with spirit..

Right, spirit is not an unlock. They have said there will be an unlock and jailbreak for OS 4 on older devices this month.
