So I recently installed the 1TB WD 5400rpm 2.5" HDD as my main boot drive in my 2010 i7 MBP. I'm now thinking of grabbing an optibay/data doubler and a Crucial M4 128GB SSD, but I need to work out something. The 1TB drive that I will be "moving" my iTunes Media folder to is currently also the main boot drive. How do I manage to clone my current system sans iTunes files, move that to the SSD, and then access my library again on the 1TB drive?

In addition to the original factory 500GB internal drive, I've got a couple external hard drives at my disposal to assist. Anyone have ideas?
