+1... I'd thought about writing one myself, but assumed that someone else would have already. All you'd really need is zip/rar support, an image view with pinch-zoom, and a couple of superimposed nav buttons for Previous, Next and Menu (no need for a toolbar to take up your viewing area). I guess I'll have to put it on my todo list
The real trick is getting the comics on the iPhone- ideally the Bonjour method that DataCase uses would be great, but FTP or web downloads would acceptable I suppose.

wouldn't cyberduck do the trick? thats what i'd use to get nes and snes roms on my old hacked iphone, although i don't know if i'd have to hack 2.0 in order to be able to transfer files using cyberduck

I believe Cyberduck is an FTP client so yes, it would work if I (or another developer that beats me to it) programmed in a mini FTP server within the CBR app (which is done in MobileFinder, and as a secondary transfer method in DataCase).
Without jailbreaking each app is only allowed to play in it's own little sandbox, so unfortunately we cannot access stuff you might already be carrying in programs like MobileFinder and DataCase. Too bad, because that would make things easier to code.
