Need Clarification

I am currently running OS 4.0.1, Modem 05.13.04, JB with jailbreakme.com, and unlocked with ultrasn0w on my 3GS.

My current provider is Cincinnati Bell Wireless.

I will be switching to ATT, and upgrading to the 4S. Unfortunatly it will be a few weeks until the local stores have the 4S in stock. So i'll have to use my current 3GS until they arrive.

My concern is this, and where i need clarification:
When i bring my 3GS to ATT to get it activated for ATT, will my JB phone be in jepordy? Should i restore to factory settings, get it activated, then JB again?

Or is it as simple as showing up at ATT, (still JB) and just putting in the new SIM card?

I just dont want my phone OS updated, i want to have it JB.

AT&T doesn't really care if it's jailbroken in most cases they won't even notice.

Yep, you got it.. (sadly, most At&T sales people doesn't even know what JB is)
