Need custom ISPW for iPhone 4 iOS 4.2.1

Hi
I am a Windows user so I can't use Pwnage Tool. I need a custom ISPW for iPhone 4 iOS 4.2.1 because I have a locked iPhone 4 and right now it's stuck on the connect to itunes screen.
I need some download links for a custom ISPW for what I have, please help.

What firmware and baseband version is the iphone 4 in question?
Even if you get a custom 4.2.1 if the baseband has been updated anything higher than 01.59.00 then you will not be able to unlock it for use on an unofficial carrier.
 
I just want to use it as an iPod and I have the 02.10.04 firmware.
I can not use it even as an iPod because I dont have the official SIM from France because I live in Romania so it is stuck on the connect to itunes screen.
I know there is no unlock for the new basebands.

BTW, I have the SHSH saved only for the 4.2.1 and 4.3

1) Untethered JB with Greenpoison.
2) Run Redsn0w 0.9.6 b5 or above, click on “Install Cydia” option only and follow the on-screen instruction. Redsn0w will not only install the missing Cydia but also hacktivate your device.

Now, you can get pass the emergency screen and use it as iPod.

I am at school right now so I dont have access to my iPhone 4.
Most people were saying that I need Pwnage Tool but I have a PC and I dont know anybody with a Mac.

Pwnagetool is only need to restore while keeping your baseband. You are not restoring or trying to keep your baseband. You are just JB firmware on the phone.
 
It didn't work, everything runs smoothly but it still shows me the connect to itunes screen

There is not much of a difference, your problem is you are stuck at the screen. So how you are going to use greenpoison I am not sure.

But to use greenpoison is basically to restore to a NORMAL 4.2.1 using itunes...of coz you still have to sign it with TSS server tiny umbrella.. if you get error message 1013... you can connect it to greenpoison and try to jailbreak with that..... so thats 2 steps...

If you just restore to a custom activated 4.2.1, its one step.. also have to have TSS running the back ground to sign your ipsw..

Did it not work? the custom ipsw?

Try Tinyumbrella's "Kick out of recovery mode". If that doesn't work, might have to do a restore.

1) Create (Pwnagetool) or find (google) a 4.2.1 custom firmware file with hackivation.
2) "Save my SHSH..." option in Tinymbrella. Make sure 4.2.1 SHSH was saved / listed.
3) In Tinyumbrella, start "TSS Server..." mode.
4) Put the phone into a special DFU mode with Pwnagetool (mac) or Redsnow (windows).
5) Restore with the custom firmware file through iTunes.
