I have a computer in another building, about 110 meters away from an ethernet hub, between the hub and the computer are 3 thin sheets of plastic, one glass window and a thin wooden door. I have been thinking of using an Apple Extreme Base station attached with a new Quickertek 27db transceiver, on the other end of the 110 meters will be my computer a mac, with an extended antenna, before spending all this cash, does anyone here have experience with long distance with Airport Extreme? Any help would be appreciated. If worse comes to worse, I'll end up with a nice experiment, because I have no experience in this.
