Need: Duplicate Finder that designates...

i'm looking for a Duplicate Finder program which can designate a "master" folder that other folders are compared to.

The Master Folder is left alone, and only duplicates in the others are removed.

Does such a thing exist.

Did you find such programs that do NOT have this feature? Good idea to share that so someone doesn't recommend the one(s) you've already checked out and found lacking.
