Need email help with New Mac Book

I just bought a new Macbook and have 5 email accounts setup on my own dedicated server. A get a pop up everytime I open the email stating invalid security certificate I have cjeck boxed and dropped down section always allow but once logged of and start back up the mac and goto email It makes me go back throuf=gh the same crap for each account again is there a work aroung so it does not do that..
