iPod Need Episode

I accidently deleted an old copy of the Daily Show with John Stewart. I purchased them from iTunes and then back them up when I get a full DVD's worth. It's the episode 42 from June 7th(?). You can't download them again, or I would just pay for it again. Does any one have archives they'd share? Will they work if I have the right's to play the episode or is it embedded into each file?
