Need External Hard Drive Buying Advice

Im looking to get an external for back up purposes as well as to free up some space for some gaming on windows. I need one with at least 100GB but Im limited on physical space so I do not want anything too big but I also dont want to pay the premium for mobile drives. Just one thats relatively small, has firewire 400, and is at least 100 GB. Thanks!

Does it need to fit in your pocket or not just take up a ton of space? I have never seen an in between type of drive that you are describing. Usually the portable ones are very very expensive, but small. There there are regular external hard drives that are not too bad in terms of size.

You can get a great deal on ebay for external drives.
