I am stuck on Sierra 10.12.6 because my business application uses Pages 4.3. and it can't be converted to a newer version. (Really, it can't.) I believe that 10.12 is the latest OS that reliably runs Pages 4.3. I currently use a Mini from late 2014, and it works pretty well. But it's slow sometimes, and I really need a faster option. Can someone suggest a faster machine to run Sierra and Pages 4.3?

Check out Wikipedia page talking about Sierra 10.12.6, and see which Mac is the latest one that support it. Then, go and see if you can get one in a local area.
It’s too bad that no M1 Mac can even run Catalina, let alone Sierra, even in a virtual machine.
