Today's my last day of the semester, and I have two projects yet to do. In both, instead of writing a paper, I'm doing it with video, basically talking into the camera, saying what I'd write (if it were a paper), with some keynote slides and whatnot thrown in. I'm using iMovie HD/6 to cut it all together, and am posting the videos the Web Gallery.

Two questions:

1. I'm recording myself with my external (old-school) iSight. Which app should I use for the actual recording: Photo Booth, Quick Time Pro, or iMovie?

2. Is there any way to post the finished project to Web Gallery without first importing it into iMovie '08? If not, what's the best format (for retaining picture quality) to export out of iMovie 6?

Thanks for the quick help!
