I accidently dragged the finder icon off my dock and now i cant find a way to get it back on! There is a little finder icon on my desktop but its not an icon. It as if its glued onto my background, I cant do anything with/to it. Please if you have any ideas, i appreciate it.

Something is fishy here. Did you try a restart? You should not be able to remove the finder icon from the dock with out a 3rd party program.

Perhaps you can try trashing your preferences file so that it can reset your dock settings.

wasn't that an OS X theme for windows and the quicklaunch bar? ;)

I don't think you could do that alone, if you are using a third party app, trash the dock's preferences file and restart...
