OK, so I bought the game (Need for Speed Carbon) about a year ago.

According to what's written there, the Mac version gets all the features of the Collector's edition (there is only one version for Mac, and this must be it). However, I did not get the bonus DVD. Is it just my copy, or is this the same for everybody?
