Hi all,
I installed Need For Speed Carbon on my iMac 27" and have been playing without any trouble. But the graphics are horrible! To be more specific, the graphics are fine, but the resolution options are useless.
I'm having to play it with a resolution 1280 x 1024 stretched on a screen 2560 x 1440.
Is there some way that I can force the game to play in the native resolution of my display, or at least a better fitting one, or even not in widescreen so I don't get horrible aliasing and pixelating?!
I know this can be done on the PC version, but what about the mac version?
Thanks for any help!

Some games you can find the file where your preferences are saved, and change the resolution manually to the one you want. I had to do this with World of Goo to get it past 1280x800 I think it was. See if you can find it.

What kind of file should I be looking for?
I've gone through the files in User > Library > Preferences > Need for Speed Carbon Preferences but other than that I don't know where to look.
I also looked in the app (by going "show package contents") but again, I don't know where to start or kind of file to be looking for.
Thankyou for your help!
