Need Guru for Audio Hijack Beginner

Hey there--Can anyone direct me to some information on how to use my audio hijack to record streaming radio? My boyfriend (now ex) always handled my technical stuff and I have NO idea how to use my programs! Any help,advice or websites to visit would be great. Thanks so much! M
