need handbrake video help

I encoded a movie off of a blu-ray of mine, I used custom preset I got off a website for iPad an iPhone 4 (http://lifehacker.com/5572037/handbrake-presets-for-your-new-ipad-or-iphone-4), I copied the movie to my macbook an added chapters with Metadata Hootenanny copied back to windows pc synced with iPhone and iTunes gave no erros and it says it's on my iPhone but when I go to iPod on my phone it just says no videos

anyone got any suggestions?
