Need help about iPhone 3G SMS

Plz somebody help me, how can I send to e-mail from iPhone 3G SMS ?
Can I receive SMS from e-mail?
If so, what kind of address do I have to put (phonumber@att??) ??

SMS and email are different things using different applications on the iphone.

To send an email, use the 'mail' application.
To send an SMS, use the 'SMS' application.

If you're talking about MMS (multimedia messaging), the iPhone can't send/receive these.
