Need help adding sub-menu to my site!

Under the medical services page, i want to create a submenu similar to what they have here (http://www.bostonccg.com/benefits.php) any ideas on how to do so? I am using squarespace btw.

I don't see any sub-menus on that page, just a horizontal menu at the top and a horizontal one in the content area. Sub-menus can be done with CSS and/or JavaScript. There's lots of tutorials online for them.

By submenu, do you mean the left hand sidebar navigation?

yes i mean the vertical navigation bar thing on the left

Not a direct answer, but you might be able to accomplish something similar by using YUI 2: Tabview with the "orientation: 'left'" attribute.
