Need help, and i don't even know how to describe the problem

Hey everyone- I have a problem with my computer- actually I had two but i fixed one and I think the other is related. In menus, it displays many more options than usual- for example under the apple menu it displays system profile, duplicates of each restart, shutdown, etc selections. I have attached an image. I think this is related to accessibility- but how do I disable it?

go to system prefs > universal access

and make sure that voice over is off


i think that should fix it
