[Need help] Audio player program on Macbooks

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a good audio player that let's you move backward or forward within a recording file using the keyboard arrow keys.

I really need this function for my lecture recordings when I'm making my notes while listening to the lecture files.
Itunes had something similar, but the shortcut for moving backward and forward within a song was too complicated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... and happy new years to all!
