I had an Apple Bluetooth keyboard that died on me and I replaced it with the Logitech Bluetooth keyboard (K760). I use it on a headless Mac mini. The Apple keyboard is designed to pair fast enough at startup in order to have enough time to hold ⌘+R or just Option at startup. The K760 takes too long and doesn't pair until after it is too late.

I tried going to System Preferences and going to Startup Disc like I do for Boot Camp, but the recovery partition isn't an option. So here is the ultimate goal...

How do I boot into the recovery partition without a keyboard?

I know a workaround would be to get with Logitech, or buy a USB keyboard, or buy another Apple Bluetooth keybaord, but I don't want to go that route. An hour of Google Fu has failed me.
