Thanks well it comes with everything except the box, Only minus is the cd drive so maybe 100?

With that little ram and no DVD drive I would only offer $50 US, not sure what that comes to in pounds.

Edit, looks like its about 31 pounds.

well his starting price is 50, i doubt he will come down much. hmm...

I think brendu's offer is the maximum reasonable amount. At this point, the DVD drive would have been the best thing that iMac has going for it, so without it, $50 seems reasonable.

To put it in perspective, I recently bought a 500mHz iMac G3 WITH a functioning DVD for $5.

well its one of the better g4s they don't come very cheap here in the UK

just seen a 15 inch 1ghz go for 100 just to give you an idea of prices here

just an update, we agreed on £100 including postage which i think is pretty good

Sounds like a reasonable price in the end. Replacing the CD/DVD shouldn't cost too much money, if you want/need to replace it. Enjoy your purchase :)

Yeah I plan on replacIng the drive just not sure what's compatIble, also plan on maxing out ram to 2gb but the ram seems pricey, also adding Bluetoot.

Because I love the design and leopard will run fine with 2gb when I upgrade.

Why are you even bothering with a G4 iMac at this point?
Why are you even bothering to post in this thread if you have that attitude? ;)

It's better to recycle something if you can get some use from it rather than it ending up on a scrapheap in a third-world country.
