Need help buying graphic card mac Pro 2009

I m trying to buy graphics card I went to local store micro center they didnt had any mac pro graphic cards so they suggest to get from ebay or any parts supply
I went to ebay and they were to many graphics card
the reason I need to upgrade I have adope cc and i do lot on music videos and films
so I went to adope website and these are recomended in white list
my price range $ 200to and only need 1gb
any adivce
