A 5th gen 64gb iPod touch. The iPod forum Is dead so I was hoping to get some help here real quick. Guy on craigslist has a 64gb 5th gen iPod touch for sale. In excellent condition. Asked If its stolen and stuff and he said he bought It new for his son. he was asking $175 but I got him to take $120.00 If I buy today. SO what should I look for to make sure the iPod Is not stolen? thanks!

I'm sure others will have more advice, but for starters, make sure it's not iCloud locked (search Google) and ask him to provide a copy of the original receipt (he claims he bought it for his son).
